Samantha obtained her double bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego in 2014 and her law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2017. Samantha joined MacMillan Scholz & Marks in early 2018. Samantha’s practice focuses on subrogation and insurance defense litigation including complex litigation, construction defect, personal injury, and product liability. She practices in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho.
Samantha was named to the “Rising Stars” list in Oregon Super Lawyers magazine in 2020 and 2021, an honor limited to only 2.5% of the attorneys in the state. Samantha was also listed in Best Lawyers’ inaugural Ones to Watch list for 2021 and 2022 for her outstanding professional excellence in private practice in the category of commercial litigation.
