Greg joined MacMillan Scholz & Mark’s insurance defense practice group in 2021, bringing his extensive experience litigating complex medical cases arising from catastrophic worksite injuries, toxic substance exposure, and fraud investigations during his time in worker’s compensation defense. In addition to a wide array of challenging claims he handled in the past, Greg also represented a diverse range of self-insured businesses and employers throughout Oregon and Washington. Greg’s uncanny ability to quickly process and communicate complicated facts and legal theory, his competence under fire, and his dry sense of humor make him an invaluable asset to his clients and for our firm.
