
Prior to joining the MacMillan Scholz & Marks subrogation practice group in 2020, Neil’s diverse and litigation-heavy career focused on civil defense, family law, and criminal defense. He has prevailed in numerous contested matters, negotiated favorable settlements for his clients, while also using his mediation and problem-solving skills. Neil continues to use his unique skill set and background in advocating and advising his clients. Neil moved from Illinois to Oregon in 2018.
