
David Schor
David joined MacMillan, Scholz, and Marks as an associate in 2022. David’s civil litigation practice includes construction defect, product liability, contract disputes, and personal injury defense. Before joining MacMillan, Scholz, and Marks, David worked in complex civil litigation at a leading plaintiff’s firm, and also served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Oregon, working on cases with millions of dollars at stake.
Clients and colleagues appreciate David’s no-nonsense approach to litigation and dispute resolution, his knack for connecting with people through humor, and his tireless attention to detail. David enjoys helping clients tell their story in a compelling and impactful way, and addressing complex problems with comprehensive solutions.
