Defense Verdict in Clackamas County Rear-End Auto Accident

MacMillan Scholz & Marks Shareholder, Leslie Kocher-Moar, obtained a defense jury verdict for her client in a Clackamas County Circuit Court trial concluding on November 29, 2017.  Plaintiff had claimed over $300,000 in damages, including the costs of a cervical fusion surgery.  The jury unanimously concluded that plaintiff had not been injured in the low speed accident.
