MacMillan Scholz & Marks Shareholder, Robert Scholz, obtained a defense jury verdict for his client in the U.S. District Court in connection with the Lakeridge Pacer dance team trial that concluded last week. Mr. Scholz’s client was a volunteer parent associated with the dance team, and one of the five defendants facing suit filed by a former dance team member. The plaintiff sought over $3 million in damages. The jury returned a defense verdict for Mr. Scholz’s client after a four day trial.
