Samantha obtained a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego, in 2014 and her law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2017. Samantha’s practice focuses on subrogation and insurance defense litigation. Prior to joining MacMillan, Scholz, & Marks P.C., Samantha worked as a contracted attorney for several clients, including a solo practitioner specializing in personal injury litigation. During law school, Samantha served as an Article Editor on the Lewis & Clark Environmental Law Review, a Legal Writing Teaching Fellow, and interned for an international environmental nonprofit organization.
