Kristin’s practice focuses on construction defect and insurance defense litigation. Prior to joining MacMillan, Scholz, & Marks, Kristin worked as a law clerk at a nonprofit organization specializing in employment litigation. Kristin also worked for a general practice firm as a summer associate and gained experience in general litigation and corporate business law. Prior to graduation from law school, Kristin worked as a judicial extern at the Federal Courthouse for the District of Portland for the Honorable Robert E. Jones. During law school, Kristin served as a Lead Article Editor on the Lewis & Clark Law Review, a Legal Writing Teaching Fellow, and a research assistant to Professor Susan Mandiberg.
